เป็นเวลากว่า 6 เดือนนับตั้งแต่วันแรกที่เราเย็บลัคกี้ปุกปุยก้อนแรกได้สำเร็จ แรกเริ่มไม่ได้คิดไปไกลกว่าการเป็นความสุขของตัวเอง แต่ปุกปุยก็ได้เป็นความสุขของใครหลายๆคนที่พบเห็นด้วย

คุกกี้เมมบูเกิดจากการรวมกันของวัตถุดิบคุณภาพกับความรักในการอบขนมของเรา จากจุดเริ่มต้นที่ต้องการหม่ำคุกกี้ที่เป็นเจ้าก้อนกระดาษเมมบู เราอบอยู่หลายสูตร ตามหารสชาติที่ใช่ จนเกิดความสังสัยว่า คุกกี้ที่ไม่ใส่สารเติมแต่งใดๆ (กลิ่น สี เนื้อสัมผัส) รสชาติจะออกมาดีอยู่ไหม? วัตถุดิบตัวไหนที่ลงตัว? หลังจากหาสูตรที่ใช่อยู่หลายเดือนเราก็ได้ความเฉพาะของคุกกี้เมมบูมาค่ะ แต่ในระหว่างนั้นทุกครั้งที่อวดผลงาน ก็มักจะถูกถามว่า "ทำขายด้วยไหม?" เพราะคุกกี้เมมบูมีที่เดียวในโลกนี่ใช่ไหมคะ :) หลังจากที่เตาแรกได้ถึงมือผู้รับจนถึงตอนนี้ ผลตอบรับก็ดีมากจนเราต่อยอดเป็นอีกพาร์ทของเมมบู ขอบคุณที่เลือกขนมอบของเมมบูสำหรับช่วงเวลาความสุขของคุณ และขอบคุณที่สนับสนุนทุกผลงานของเมมบูนะคะ ขอฝากตัวต่อไปเรื่อยๆเลยน้า 🌱
